VIDEO COMMUNICATION METHOD AND TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To include a stationary object into a transmitting image in the video communication among a plurality of terminals.

SOLUTION: The terminal 100 generates a new mask information by adding dynamic pixels detected this time to the just preceding mask information stored in a mask information storage unit 33. A synthesized image generating unit 150 determines, on the basis of this mask information, a domain for displaying the image read from a camera 400 and a domain for displaying the background. Moreover, the image obtained by combining the image received from the other terminal 100 and the synthesized image generated by the terminal 100 is displayed on a display 300.
