<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar illumination device capable of obtaining excellent display quality by using scattered row of light sources, for example, that of a plurality of LEDs. <P>SOLUTION: The planar illumination device is constituted so as to have an LED module 15 formed by scatteringly arranging a plurality of LEDs 7R, 7G, 7B alternately along a light incident face 12, and a color irregularity correcting resistor 40 for bypassing the current to be supplied to the LED 7, connected in parallel to a prescribed LED 7R at end part of the LED module 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
