<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally restart a wireless base station (BTS) in a short time even when a reset or the like occurs during version upgrading operation of a program, or before and after it, in the BTS. <P>SOLUTION: This update method includes, in the following order: a first process for downloading the program after update to a first memory 206; a second process for storing that it is during the program update; a third process for copying the program after the update from the first memory 206 to a second memory 205 that is a nonvolatile memory; and a fourth process for storing that the program update is completed in place of the storage that it is during the program update. At restart time, the program stored in the first memory 206 is executed when it is stored that it is during the program update, and the program stored in the second memory 205 is executed when it is stored that the program update is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
