PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture supply device having a reduced size for requiring a less amount of outdoor air to be blown for absorbing moisture while sufficiently securing the amount of moisture to be released even when there is a less amount of moisture to be absorbed from the outdoor air. SOLUTION: The moisture supply device comprises a moisture absorbing part 3 for absorbing moisture from air into moisture absorbing/releasing aqueous solution, a regeneration part 4 for releasing the moisture from the moisture absorbing/releasing aqueous solution, a circulation part 6 for circulating the moisture absorbing/releasing aqueous solution stored in a storage tank 2 between the moisture absorbing part 3 and the regeneration part 4, a control part 13 for controlling the drive of the moisture absorbing part 3, the regeneration part 4 and the circulation part 6, and a moisture absorbing/releasing control means for controlling the drive of the regeneration part 4 and the moisture absorbing part 3 in a mode where the amount of moisture to be released from the regeneration part 4 is more than the amount of moisture to be absorbed into the moisture absorbing part 3 when the amount of the moisture absorbing/releasing aqueous solution in the storage tank 2 is a set amount or more.
