PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a reliability of other signature data chained to the signature data even if the signature data disappear or are destroyed, and to reduce a communication between separate housings when the signature is generated and a signature history is managed by the separate housings in a hysteresis signature. SOLUTION: A chain P of Fig. 10 (b) is normal. In a chain Q, the signature data Q3 and Q5 are in an unreadable state (wormhole). Then, the signature data Q6, Q4 and Q2 of the tail end are made to be open signature data so as to guarantee the originality of the signature data other than the unreadable signature data. In a chain R, a chain verification is an error (contradiction) between the signature data R4 and R3. Then, in order to guarantee the originalities of the signature data R5 or R1, the signature data R5 and R3 of the tail end are made to be the open signature data.
