PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a journaling structure, capable of reducing increase of a rotational resistance or abrasion of a packing caused by shortage of a lubricant between a winding crown and a winding stem pipe, without causing the support stiffness of the winding crown to deteriorate. SOLUTION: This winding crown journaling structure is equipped with the winding stem pipe 18, mounted and fixed on a timepiece case 11, and the winding crown 19 inserted into the winding stem pipe 18. The structure has characteristics, wherein the packing 19y is mounted on either member of the winding stem pipe 18 and the winding crown 19, and the other member of the winding stem pipe 18 and the winding crown 19 has a metal support part 18A mounted and fixed onto the timepiece case 11 and a nonmetal slide contacting part 18B supported by the support part 18A and slide-contacting the packing 19y.
