PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin composition which has permanent antistatic property and outstanding transparency when it is processed into a film or sheet by a T die method or an extrusion laminating method, furthermore which does not whiten when a bending process is carried out, and to provide a polyolefin-based resin composition for extrusion laminate. SOLUTION: The polyolefin-based resin composition comprises: (A) 50-94 wt.% polyolefin resin; (B) 5-30 wt.% antistatic resin having hydrophilic conformation and the surface resistivity value of not more than 1×10<SP>10</SP>Ω; and (C) 1-20 wt.% acid-modified polyolefin resin having the acid number of 1.0-100 mg KOH/g specified by JIS K0070.
