PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing device where the temperature of lubricating oil is automatically controlled based on the rotating speed of a crankshaft, and the variation in the bottom dead point of a slide during a press working operation can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The pressing device is equipped with: a bed part; a crown part provided at the upper part of the bed part and freely rotatably supporting a crankshaft 16; and a column part provided between the bed part and the crown part. The device is equipped with: a rotating speed set means 48 for setting the rotating speed of the crankshaft 16; a lubricating oil circulation means for circulating lubricating oil through the crown part and/or column part; and a lubricating oil temperature control means 54 for controlling the temperature of the lubricating oil circulated by the lubricating oil circulation means, and the lubricating oil temperature control means 24 controls the temperature of the lubricating oil based on the rotating speed of the crankshaft 16.
