PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a honeycomb panel, wherein a resin composition constituting a prepreg has a constantly proper viscosity during a temperature rising process, in a curing treatment step in the manufacture of the honeycomb panel, and which is excellent in formability of a fillet, and in the mechanical strength of the honeycomb panel, such as peel strength and compressive strength under a porous condition. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for a honeycomb panel wherein the prepreg consisting of a reinforcing fiber and an epoxy resin composition self-adheres to both the sides of a honeycomb core, the prepreg is laminated on the honeycomb core, and cured by increasing the temperature up to 180°C at a temperature rising rate of 0.6-2.8°C/min. In the epoxy resin composition constituting the prepreg, the minimum value (1) of complex viscosity at the measurement of dynamic viscoelasticity on conditions of a temperature rising rate of 2.8°C/min, a frequency of 10 rad/s and a distortion of 1% is in the range of 5-15 Pa s, and the minimum value (2) of complex viscosity at the measurement of dynamic viscoelasticity on conditions of a temperature rising rate of 0.6°C/min, a frequency of 10 rad/s and a distortion of 1% is in the range of 10-50 Pa s.
