PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer molding apparatus which can send a film for transfer at a high speed, increases a fabrication number per unit time, and improves the manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: The rotational frequency of a film feeding roller 44 is controlled so that the film 20 for the transfer is moved only slightly larger feeding rate than the spacing of the longitudinal direction mark which adjoins the feeding direction, and it is made to stop before the transfer molding by a transfer molding section, the film feeding roller 44 is made to actuate so that the above film 20 for the transfer to the feeding direction may be moved in the returning direction. After the longitudinal direction mark detection section detects the longitudinal direction mark, the rotation frequency of the film feeding roller 44 is controlled, and the longitudinal direction transfer position is made to suspend the film 20 for the transfer. A fixed die 2 and a movable die 4 are closed. Melting resin is injected from an injection nozzle 5 to a cavity, and the symbol of the film 20 for the transfer is transformed to a mold component simultaneously with the shaping.
