<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of reducing a detection error of toner consumption amount. <P>SOLUTION: In image forming processing of an image forming apparatus, in an edge part where gradation data change from "00" to "OF" or in an edge part where they change from "OF" to "00", more toner is adhered than in a solid printing part. By detecting the edge part such as this, in which the quantity of toner adhesion is larger than in the solid printing part, and based on it, calculating the quantity of toner adhesion, the detection accuracy of the quantity of toner adhesion is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
