<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell, having a hole extraction layer and exhibiting high photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The organic thin film solar cell comprises a substrate, a first electrode layer formed on the substrate, a hole extraction layer formed on the first electrode layer, a photoelectric conversion layer formed on the hole extraction layer, and a second electrode layer formed on the photoelectric conversion layer, wherein the hole extraction layer contains a conductive polymer material and a low molecular weight compound with an unpaired electron. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
