PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that performance is deteriorated in an amplifier device without obtaining a required restriction amount in a distortion eliminating loop because a distortion generated in an auxiliary amplifier 8 is outputted from the amplifier device (a conventional example, not shown in a figure) as it is since a vector adjustment unit cannot follow the increase of a signal level when the signal level is instantaneously increased. SOLUTION: The amplifying device comprises: a distortion detecting loop for amplifying the inputted signal with the use of the amplifier and detecting distortion components generated in the amplifier by adding in reverse phase the amplified signal to the inputted signal; and the distortion eliminating loop for eliminating the distortion components from the amplified signal by adding in reverse phase the amplified signal, which is outputted from the distortion detecting loop, to a distortion component signal. The amplifying device includes a limiter circuit, having a function of reducing the signal at a level being not less than a threshold for generating a phase distortion in the amplifier, in the prestage of the amplifier in the distortion eliminating loop for eliminating the distortion components.
