<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent water from entering the inside of doors and the like from between a weather strip and an elastic grommet body. <P>SOLUTION: This is a water-stop structure for the grommet without passing-through in which a sealing portion 2 of the elastic grommet body 1, through which a wire harness is passed, is mounted in an inclined state to a mounting side and the weather strip 3 is pressed toward the sealing portion when the mounting side is closed. A guide rib 4 that contacts the weather strip 3 is mounted on the sealing portion 2 to lead water outside from the guide rib along the weather strip. Lip portions 8 are formed protrusively in roughly a wave form at both sides of the sealing potion 2, and the weather strop 3 is attached to the lip portions. Or a press rib 22, which contacts a sealing portion 7 of the weather strip 3, is provided to face the sealing potion 2 of the grommet body 1.
