PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of air between an adsorbing rotor and a partition plate while avoiding the deterioration of the side face of the adsorbing rotor. SOLUTION: Onto both side faces of the adsorbing rotor 50, first and second net members 52, 53 are fixed, respectively. The first net member 52 is arranged between a front side plate member 71 formed at the end of a second partition plate 32 and the adsorbing rotor 50 and put in slide contact with the front side plate member 71. The second net member 53 is arranged between a rear side plate member 72 formed at the end of a third partition plate 33 and the adsorbing rotor 50 and put in slide contact with the front face of the rear side plate member 72. As a result, gaps between each of the plate members 71, 72 and the adsorbing rotor 50 are sealed by the net members 52, 53 to avoid the wear/deterioration of the adsorbing rotor 50.
