<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker which is applied with a self-excited oscillation half-bridge drive integrated circuit in order to simplify the structure of a circuit of ICBT drive portion and is equipped with a safety device to improve reliability and lifetime of the product. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker comprises a rectification and smoothing part, an inverter part, an inverter control part, and a microcomputer. The inverter control part comprises an analog conversion part to convert into an analog signal, an On/Off switch part in which a control signal is input from the microcomputer and outputs it to an output control part, the output control part which adjusts the resistance value for self oscillation by the analog signal, changes and sets oscillation frequency, and outputs a low or high signal by the signal from the On/Off switch part, and a self oscillation half-bridge drive integrated circuit which is turned on or off by the signal from a capacitor terminal CT and outputs a pulse signal for driving a power switching element of the inverter part by an oscillation frequency from a resistance terminal RT. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
