<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility investment support system for urging a decision when a gas company receives pipeline loan and supporting a pipeline lending company with a contract for easily obtaining an investment effect. <P>SOLUTION: In the facility investment support system, the pipeline lending company 1 carries out construction of a pipeline 4b and maintenance in a loan period, and collects construction and maintenance costs of the pipeline 4b as a meter-rate charge corresponding to the supply quantity of gas to a consumer 3b. A gross profit computing means 11 computes gross profit while predicting the time change of gross profit following the construction of the pipeline 4b. A first amount computing means 12 computes the amount to be collected as a lease cost of the pipeline lending company 1 out of the gross profit. A loan period computing means 16 computes a period not less than a period until the amount is equal to the total amount of the lease cost, as the loan period.
