PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail structure which can achieve a stable flight of balls by blocking the lifting of a rail member from a rail support surface. SOLUTION: In a pinball game machine which has a first arcuate rail support surface 23s1and a second linear rail support surface 23s2formed on a rail support member positioned on the front side of the game board and the rail member 33 disposed along the rail support surfaces, the rail member 33 is composed of a first rail part 33r1formed in a circular arc along the first rail support surface and a second rail part 33r2smoothly linked to the first rail part. The second rail part 33r2is formed being convexly curved to the side of the rail support surface and is pressed along the second rail support surface to assemple the rail member.
