PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a guard belt preventing its unfastening by a mischief of an infant. SOLUTION: A fixing structure for fixing an infant to a chair by laying the guard belt 6 between a seat board 3 and the guard member 5 of the infant chair is so formed that the upper end part of the guard belt 6 is attached to the guard member 5, annular parts 9 formed at the lower end part of the guard belt 6 are projected downward from in insertion hole 7 of the seat board 3, a fixing tool 10 is inserted in an annular part 9 to prevent the pullout of the guard belt 6 from the insertion hole 7, the annular part 9 for inserting the fixing tool 10 is selectable to adjust the length of the guard belt 6 between the seat board 3 and the guard member 5, suppress the loosening of the guard belt 6 and fit the guard belt 6 in a retaining slit 14 of the fixing tool 10.
