<p>Systems and methods for color management are disclosed. Some of the methods are tailored for a desktop publishing environment and include receiving a project definition that indicates a publication tool, and a design tool environment definition that indicates a design tool. Device color guides associated with the publication tool and design tool are accessed, and a color space arbitration between the device color guide associated with the design tool and the device color guide associated with the publication tool is performed. Based at least in part on the color space arbitration, a design color space is provided.</p> |
