<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a laminated sheet obtained by reusing a recycled filler from plastics composed of a thermosetting resin contained in a waste by a large amount, by decomposing and/or solubilizing it in a solvent composed essentially of a phenol compound, to provide a prepreg obtained by using the resin composition and to provide a laminated sheet obtained by using the prepreg. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for the laminated sheet essentially contains the recycled filler from plastics containing a thermosetting resin and a filler, obtained by decomposing and/or solubilizing it in a solvent composed essentially of a phenol compound, an epoxy resin and/or a phenol resin. The prepreg is prepared by impregnating the composition into a woven and/or nonwoven glass fabric.
