PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system, an image processing method, a computer program, and a storage medium capable of automatically carrying out a job of collecting many similar information items and visualizing them in real time such as an election and a questionnaire through the cooperation between an absolute coordinate data generating system and an MFP. SOLUTION: The image processing system includes: a means for externally receiving data via a network; a means for discriminating the presence of description in a specified area on paper on the basis of the received data; a means for counting a discrimination result by each item; a means for summing a plurality of counted data according to a specified formula; a storage means for storing an output format; a means for applying the data generated by the summing means to the output format stored in the storage means to produce output data; a means for printing out the produced output data; and a means for transmitting the produced output data to a designated destination on the network.
