PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersible type polyurethane composition having excellent adhesiveness, tack and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: The water-dispersible type polyurethane composition consists essentially of a polyol component (a), a polyisocyanate component (b), an ionic group-introducing component (c), an ionic group-neutralizing agent (d) and water.
