PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target device system with a target device and a controller, the target device allowing for transmitting a light signal in a proper direction. SOLUTION: The target device 1 comprises a light signal receiving means 11, a light signal transmitting device 13, an imaging means 12 for photographing an image, a direction changing means for changing the directions of these means, an image transmitting means 14, a control signal receiving means 14, and a control means for control in accordance with a control signal. The controller 2 has an image receiving means 24, a display means 23 for displaying image information, accepting means 21, 22 for accepting control contents for the target device, and a control signal transmitting means 24 for transmitting the control signal corresponding to the control contents.
