PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall cabinet with a blower which obtains a sufficient blowing effect without requiring an installing space of the blower on the wall surface of a dressing room and where putting in/out of articles is not difficult, and to provide a wash cabinet having the same. SOLUTION: The wall cabinet 1 is provided with: a body 10 of a front-opening box which can be fitted to the upper part of the wash cabinet 2; and an opening door 11 fitted to the body 10 in an openable and closable state. The inside of the body 10 is divided in a right and left direction into a first space 12 for housing matters where the front opening part is closed with the opening door 11 and a second space 13 for housing apparatuses where the front opening part is not closed with the opening door 11 to incorporate the blower 16 in the second space 13.
