PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and readily achieve operation to attach a guide with high accuracy and to achieve a strong and sure guide attaching arrangement. SOLUTION: The tip top of a fishing pole is composed as follows. A pole rod 10 on the front side is joined to a pole rod 11 on the rear side with a difference in level 104 and an elastic part 27 is arranged in the difference in level 104 of the pole rod 10 on the front side.
