摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time until the judgement and to reduce the man power by solving the problems wherein although a Hajna-tetrathionate medium (HTT) is used most in the separation of Salmonella in an outdoor material, two times of cultures consisting of the culture after 24 hr and the delayed secondary culture after a week are required to obtain the accurate result in a conventional method. SOLUTION: A bile acid-added peptone 1% agar is packed in the lower part of the lead pipe, and the HTT of the enrichment medium for the Salmonella is inserted on the agar. The 1% agar medium prevents the contamination with an impurity, and bacteria of the intestinal bacteria system is proliferated by the bile acid-added peptone. The Salmonella, Escherichia coli or the like of motile bacterium is enriched by enabling the bacterium to swim in the 1% agar and introducing the bacterium to the HTT. The detection rate is heightened by regulating the culture temperature so as to be 41.5°C because the mobility of the Escherichia coli at the temperature is clearly weakened to reduce the throughput thereof in the 1% agar and to facilitate the proliferation of the Salmonella in the HTT.
