摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication unit of an optical communication apparatus in which a vibration characteristic is tested at high accuracy and mutually separately disposed members are not made contact with each other when a focusing lens is driven, and to provide a vibration velocity measurement system using the optical communication unit. SOLUTION: The optical communication unit has: an LD; an optical fiber; a focusing lens; a lens actuator structure having a lens holder for holding the focusing lens and a driving means which drives the focusing lens together with the lens holder along two axes which intersect at right angle with the optical axis of the focusing lens and intersect at right angle with each other; and a housing which holds the LD, the optical fiber and the lens actuator structure as a unit. The lens holder has a pair of first side faces intersecting at right angle with the first axis and a pair of second side faces intersecting at right angle with the second axis, and the light is freely projected from the outside of the housing onto at least a predetermined position of one of the first side faces and onto at least a predetermined position of one of the second side faces.
