PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the sharing of an external terminal when the external terminal required for a plurality of independent semiconductor devices is used as a shared terminal by a one-packaged semiconductor device independent of an external power supply voltage of the independent semiconductor device. SOLUTION: When constituting the one-packaged semiconductor device of first/second semiconductor devices 101, 102 and an output device connected to a shared external terminal of the first/second semiconductor devices 101, 102, the output device is provided with a first buffer 103 having a function for converting an amplitude level of an output signal of the first semiconductor device 101, a second buffer 104 for converting an amplitude level of an output signal of the second semiconductor device 102, a selection circuit 105 for making the output signal of the first buffer 103 and that of the second buffer 104 as the input, and a circuit 107 for controlling conduction/non-conduction between the output of the selection circuit 105 and the shared external terminal.
