PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel printing device which can hardly be conspicuous and can be performed about banding phenomenon by a dot omission or flight deflection phenomenon and to provide a printing device control program and a method of controlling the printing device, and a data creating device for printing, a data creating program for printing and a method of controlling the printing device, a data creating program for printing and method of creating data for printing. SOLUTION: The printing device 100 is configured by containing a picture data acquisition section 10 which acquires the first image data, a nozzle information setting section 11 for creating a nozzle information table in which whether a nozzle is used or not is set to each pixel data of the first image data based on the nozzle information showing the profile of each nozzle N, and a data creating section 14 for printing which alters the pixel value of the nozzle out-of-use and set pixel data into the minimum consistency value based on the nozzle setting information table, generating the second image data which comes to distribute value which compensates to increases the pixel value before the alteration to the circumference pixel, and forming the data for printing from the second formed image data.
