The fastening arrangement, especially for the clamping together of components, with first (1) and second (2) elements forming locating faces, has the second element formed as a plastically deformable sleeve which can be releasably fastened on the first element which is formed as a pretensioning element, and which by means of a unit (9,11) for executing a relative movement of the locating faces is drawn against the pretensioning element in such a way that the sleeve forms a radially outwards extending bulge which defines the second locating face. An independent claim is included for a disposable sleeve for use in the aforesaid fastening arrangement.
