PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicating device capable of improving space efficiency in an instrument panel, avoiding rising of manufacturing cost, and improving the visibility of a driver, in the indicating device for a vehicle with an automatic transmission. SOLUTION: When any one of a P range, R range, and N range is selected, a light-emitting lamp 52a corresponding to the selected range is indicated by lighting. When a D range (an automatic transmission mode) is selected, a letter of D is indicated by lighting in a digital indicating portion 53.
