PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle saddle which can be easily molded in a shape adapted to a user, and its molding method. SOLUTION: A shape memory resin 3 is used for a part of a surface pad part 2 of a saddle 1, and the saddle 1 is deformed and molded so as to be adapted to a body of a user by heating the shape memory resin 3 to the reversible phase softening temperature or higher temperature and applying the external force thereto. Thereafter, the resin is cured by dropping the temperature below the reversible phase softening temperature, and an adequate shape of the saddle 1 is maintained for use.
