<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic picture display device and a picture display device achieving thinning, miniaturization, and the reduction of cost. <P>SOLUTION: The stereoscopic picture display device includes: a first display means 24 for emitting right-eye pictures for first and second screens; a second display means 25 for emitting left-eye pictures for the first and the second screens; a first reflection means 14 for reflecting the right-eye and left-eye pictures for the first screen; second reflection means 16 and 18 for reflecting the right-eye and left-eye pictures for the second screen; the first screen 10 on which a parallactic picture comprising the right-eye and left-eye pictures for the first screen is formed; the second screen 12 on which a parallactic picture comprising the right-eye and left-eye pictures for the second screen is formed; and a parallactic picture selection means 3 having a transmission part for a right eye through which the right-eye pictures for the first and the second screens out of the parallactic picture are transmitted, and a transmission part for a left eye through which the left-eye pictures for the first and the second screens out of the parallactic picture are transmitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
