PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously solve the problem that time is required for the bending works of an underlay sheet when a laminate chip is manufactured. SOLUTION: A laminate sheet 11 formed by superposing a plurality of ceramic green sheets is cut in a matrix shape so that a large number of the laminate chips 12 are arranged in the column direction and the line direction, under the state in which the laminate sheet 11 is stuck on the underlay sheet 13 having a flexibility. The underlay sheet 13 is inserted into a cylindrical housing jig 14' under the state, in which the underlay sheet 13 is curved so that a laminate chip 12 group is positioned on the outside in the oblique diagonal DL direction inclined to the column direction and the line direction in the laminate chip 12 group. The adhesive strength of the laminate chip 12 group to the underlay sheet 13 is lowered or removed or the underlay sheet 13 is destroyed by a fire by heating the underlay sheet 13 together with the housing jig 14'.
