PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrification accident by a method, wherein a control means which starts an alarm means in accordance with a detection output, when a detecting means detects the opened state of a door, SOLUTION: An alarm device 10 is composed of a detecting means 1, a control means, an alarm means 3 and two test switches TS1 and TS2. Of a high-voltage power is connected to the high-voltage incoming apparatus CB, while the door of the high voltage incoming apparatus CB is opened, a measurement voltage Vm is applied to relays X1 and X2 as a detection output through at least one of limit switches S1-S3. Then the relays are operated to close make-contacts m1 and m2, and a closed path is formed between the starting thermals of the alarm means 3 to start the alarm means 3. That is, an alarm- sound generating unit output the warning of the high voltage reception by voice, and at the same time, a warning indication unit indicates the warning by a warning lamp. An operator can recognize the start of the high voltage reception by the voice and the warning lamp. |
