ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SHIELD CASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield case including a conductive part and a non-conductive part and easy to form in a small number of steps. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shield case 1 is manufactured by injection-molding a thermoplastic resin composition containing a conductive filler. An insulation layer 2 not containing the conductive filler is formed on part of its surface layer by making part of a mold higher in temperature than other parts during the injection molding. Thus, the insulation layer 2 not containing the conductive filler is integrally formed with the case 1 concurrently with the injection molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
