PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when the internal status information of its own device generated when a normal status is shifted to a power saving status is transferred to external communication equipment, it is necessary to transfer the internal status information after restoring a transfer destination device to the normal status when the transfer destination is set in the power saving status. SOLUTION: This information processor connected to communication equipment on a network is configured of an information generating part 13 for generating the internal status information of its own device when the operating status of its own device is shifted from a normal status to a power saving status and a transfer destination deciding part 18 for confirming the operating status of the communication equipment on the network as the transfer destination candidate of the internal status information when transferring the internal status information generated by the information generating part 13 through a network to the external communication equipment, and for deciding the communication equipment whose operating status is set in a normal status as the transfer destination device of the internal status information.
