PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator pedal device and a damper used for this capable of realizing miniaturization and reduction of the number of parts, suppressing excessive depressing of the accelerator pedal, smoothly decelerating a working machine, reducing depressing force of an operator required for maintaining a depressing amount of the accelerator pedal and preventing excessive rapid braking of the working machine. SOLUTION: The accelerator pedal device 1 for the working machine such as a tractor is provided with the accelerator pedal 2 turned and reversely turned in direction R1 and direction R2 by depressing operation; a rotation shaft 3 rotated and reversely rotated in the direction R1 and the direction R2 by turning and reverse turning of the accelerator pedal 2; and the damper 4 connected to the accelerator pedal 2 through the rotation shaft 3 and giving resistance force relative to the turning and reverse turning of the accelerator pedal 2.
