According to these parameters "n", "ad", "pd", "aq", "pq", a detection result of rotation angle detection means (11) and the like, a d-axis current instruction value "Idco" outputted from d-axis current instruction means (2) and a q-axis current instruction value "Iqco" outputted from q-axis current instruction means (3) are corrected so as to make zero, the (6 × n)f sine component, (6 × n)f cosine component, (6 × (n + 1))f sine component, and (6 × (n + 1))f cosine component of torque "T" shown in [Expression 22]. This suppresses the ripple component of 6 × n and 6 × (n + 1) generated in a motor mounted in an elevator facility or the like and significantly reduces the motor torque ripple.
