Footwear, with foldable sole or heel (1) can be used especially for relaxation, and training of the muscles, in particular for needs of sportsmen, or for relaxing of feet and legs in cases of fixed positions of the body which last for long time (eg. during overseas flights etc. ). The invention in comprised of footwear with body (8) mounted on bearings or in some other way inset into said heel or attached onto said heel. Said body extends above heel plane (this body is for purposes of this application known also as massaging body). Said heel can be folded (3), turned or its orientation can be changed in some other fashion in such a way that said body which extends above the heel plane becomes pivot for user of said footwear.
