A duct that improves workability and can be simply installed in a building since the duct is formed and manufactured in a condition that a heat insulating material is adhered onto an inner or outer surface of a metal sheet and a manufacturing method of the duct are provided. A manufacturing method of a duct comprises: unwinding a coil shaped metal sheet(1a), injecting the unwound metal sheet into a heater(2) to continuously heat the metal sheet, and injecting the heated metal sheet between pressing rollers(3); unwinding a coil shaped resin foam sheet(1b), and injecting the unwound resin foam sheet between the pressing rollers to thermally fuse the resin foam sheet onto the metal sheet; and injecting a metal sheet onto the resin foam sheet is fused continuously and thermally into a pipe forming machine(4) comprising a plurality of forming rollers(4a-4n) to form the metal sheet thermally fused onto the resin foam sheet in a pipe shape, and bonding contact regions of the metal sheet. The manufacturing method further comprises forming surfaces of the metal sheet and the resin foam sheet pressed by the pressing rollers by a surface forming machine(5) comprising a plurality of rolling rollers(5a-5n) arranged between the pressing rollers and the pipe forming machine.
