FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with arthrotomy of mortise, subtalar, talonavicular, calcaneocuboid and navicular-wedge joints followed by open reposition of ankle bone, reconstruction of corrects interactions in talonavicular and navicular-wedge joints followed by Z-shaped lengthening of Achilles tendon with subsequent suturing the wound. The novelty is that it is necessary to dissect internal portion of distal part of Achilles tendon, cross the tendon of posterior tibial muscle for one half of its diameter and dissect in sagittal plane for about 3-4 cm in distal direction at developing a tendinous fragment by withdrawing it at the site of fixation to navicular bone, resect incongruent articular surfaces of navicular and ankle bones, perform oblique-cross-sectional osteotomy of the 1st metatarsal bone at fixing its fragments in position of plantar flexia, form median calcaneonavicular ligament due to suturing separated internal portion of Achilles tendon with tendinous fragment of tibial muscle in foot's equinovarus position behind vascular-nervous bundle to be sutured to deltoid ligament of mortise joint that efficiently prevents the relapse of deformation. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex |
