An automatic warehouse system, wherein ID readers (22) are installed on both right and left sides of the lifting stand of a stacker crane in an automatic warehouse and the ID readers read the ID tags (44) of a container (40). The ID readers (24) for reading the ID tags (48) of individual parts (46) on the container are installed on the lifting stand, and when the container (40) is pulled onto the lifting stand (8) by a slide fork (10), the ID readers read the ID tags (48) of the individual parts (46). Since the IDs of the container and the IDs of the individual parts can be easily and securely read out, an inventory clearance can be performed on the lifting stand.
