FIELD: vibration measurements, in particular, engineering of stands for measuring sensitivity of distributed receivers of mechanical oscillations, possible use for operative control of sensitivity of cable transformers to vibrations and to deformations in area of frequencies starting from shares of Hz. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has stand, on which electric drive and crank connected to it are mounted.
