An ice vessel and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the production time by covering the part of the inner and outer surfaces of the vessel body with inner and outer members. An ice vessel comprises a vessel body(10) formed by pressurizing the pulverized ice powder as a predetermined vessel shape; an outer member(20) placed at the lower part of the ice power when molding the vessel body, pressure-molded with the ice powder, and combined to comprise the bottom and the outer surface at the lower part of the vessel body; and an inner member(30) separated with a predetermined interval at the upper side of the outer member when molding the vessel body, pressure-molded with the ice powder, combined to comprise the inner wall at the upper part of the vessel body, and inserted in the vessel body. A knob(23) is installed at one side of the outer member.
