Provided is an ion generating device to maximize a generation of active ions by generating large quantities of cations and combining large quantities of cations with electrons and ions. The ion generating device comprises an ion generating part(10), a high-voltage generating part(20), and a control part(24). The ion generating part(10) includes a cation generating part(11) and an anion generating part(12). The anion generating part(12) is installed to be separated from the cation generating part(11) with a predetermined distance, and formed to generate electrons and cations. The high-voltage generating part(20) is formed to apply waves of a high-voltage pulse having a positive pole to the ion generating part(10). The control part(24) is formed to change one of a frequency generated from the high-voltage generating part(20) and a full time duty. |
