An interlayer flooring material and a dry construction method of the interlayer flooring material are provided to reduce construction cost and construction period by decreasing curing time, to improve durability by increasing rigidity, and to insulate sound, vibration and heat efficiently by constructing the interlayer flooring material in a slab with the dry construction method. An interlayer flooring material(1) is constructed on a slab of a building, and a noise buffer mat is placed on an upper part of the slab and formed by agitating, heating and compressing one-liquid adhesive of moisture hardening polyurethane and an EVA chip at the rate of 15 to 1. A heating pipe is arranged in an upper part of the noise buffer mat and fixed by stone powder. An upper mat(6) is constructed on the stone powder, and manufactured by mixing powder of 4.5 weight part containing Portland cement of 27%, steam curing high rigidity admixture of 14.5%, number 3 silica of 47.9%, perlite of 10.5% and fiber of 0.1% with latex liquid of 1 wt% containing 50% mixed solution including latex of 26%, a diluent of 73.97%, ammonia of 0.01% and chlorine of 0.02% and 50% water and quickly drying mixture in a drying furnace at temperature of 60 to 80 deg.C for four hours. The upper mats are combined by a joint finishing material(8), and the upper mat is fixed to a wall by inserting a side buffer material(9). The interlayer flooring material is constructed by constructing a flooring finishing material(7) on the upper mat.
