<p>Preparation of cyclopropanecarboxylic acid (I) comprises hydrolyzing cyclopropanecarboxylic acid methyl- or ethyl ester (a), optionally mixture of alcohols (b), water (c) and optionally hydrochloric acid (d), where: the components (a-d) are supplied in a device with a boiler that is optionally equipped with an automatic agitation and to a first column attached with a condenser; and the components (a-d) are supplied to the column with the boiler and the obtained reaction mixture is supplied to a second column with a condenser, where (I) is taken into the sump flow of the second column. Preparation of cyclopropanecarboxylic acid (I) comprises hydrolyzing cyclopropanecarboxylic acid methyl- or ethyl ester (a), optionally a mixture with one or more alcohols (b), water (c) and optionally hydrochloric acid (d), where: the components (a-d) are supplied separately or together in a device with a boiler that is optionally equipped with an automatic agitation and to a first column attached with a condenser, where (b) is taken into head of the column and either the components (a-d) are supplied separately or together to a column with the condenser, or to the boiler, or the components (a) and (b) are supplied to the column, when (c) and (d) are supplied to the boiler; either the components (a-d) are supplied directly or totally or partially to the column with the boiler and the obtained reaction mixture is supplied to a second column with a condenser, where (I) is taken into the sump flow of the second column and the remaining reaction mixture is led back into the boiler, as far as in the reaction, (d) is not used, and at least one acidified solid material is produced in the boiler.</p> |
