Radiator core support structure and its assemlbly method

A radiator core support structure comprises a radiator core support (2) and a heat exchanger (1). The former (2) has a through-hole (7, 8), and a fixing hole (5, 6) on its the lower portion (2b). The latter (1) has a pipe (3, 4) projecting rearward and introduceable in the through-hole (7, 8) and a lower mounting pin (P3, P4) projecting downward from its bottom portion (1b). The fixing hole (5, 6) is formed as an elongate hole extending toward the front side so that the pipe (3, 4) can be kept free from an interference between the pipe (3, 4) and the radiator core support (2) when the lower mounting pin (P3, P4) is inserted in a front side of the fixing hole (5, 6) and the heat exchanger (1) is turned rearward around the front side of the fixing hole (5, 6) to stand erect. Then, the fixing hole (5, 6) allows the mounting pin (P3, P4) to be slid rearward for introducing the pipe (3, 4) through the through-hole (7, 8).
